the breakfast buffet offered many choices. fresh fruit was available. the gym had several machines for guest use. swimming pools were also available.
i called reception many times, but no one answered. amenities in the room were limited. i needed to ask for a kettle, an iron, and a hair dryer.

the breakfast included many options. the staff was kind. the location was near attractions, , made getting around easy. i liked they cleaned my room daily.
the hotel lacked basic amenities like coffee or tea. i had to ask for a kettle, that was inconvenient. there were no USB points in the room.

My twin room included comfortable beds. the cleaning happened every day. It was very well done. the blackout curtains were useful given the building opposite looks directly into the rooms, that guaranteed my privacy.

The front desk staff stored my luggage before check-in. This service was useful. the restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet had many options to pick from. This made breakfast very enjoyable.

i was really impressed with the helpful staff at reception! the lobby bar staff was interactive, very friendly and fun. the room was clean, the rooftop pool was enjoyable, and the views were amazing!!! the breakfast was substantial and had a great variety of choices.
the air conditioning in my room was slightly weak.
